How American Assets are Sold to Overseas Bidders
Infrastructure talks are something that seems to be center-stage these days. With all of the mutterings about it’s important to take a look at and remember where the playbook really started to take shape. I want to go back to when good old George Bush Sr. was in office, and revisit this:
April 30, 1992 -E.O. 12803
Gave Washington D.C. the authority to sell off the infrastructure of the United States. This was also known as “Infrastructure Privatization” and allowed for the “disposition or transfer by sale or long-term lease from a State or local government to a private party”.
This E.O. also defines an “infrastructure asset” as being:
“Any asset that is financed in whole or in part by the Federal Government and needed for the functioning of the economy”, and further outlines that these are included but not limited to assets such as:
-Housing
-Hospitals
-Schools
-Roadways
-Tunnels
-Airports
-Shipping Ports
-Water/ Electrical/ Waste facilities
Etc etc etc
When infrastructure is owned and operated by a private entity, it is often not subject to the same scrutiny and oversight it would be under if it were owned by the government, making it easier to slip through the cracks as far as accountability goes. When it comes to utilities, it can also mean higher prices by companies who seek to maximize their profits and build a better portfolio. The more glaringly obvious is that it takes away control from the public and offers the propensity for neglect, underinvestment and exploitation. These sorts of privatized transactions are taking place in every aspect of our lives and are not in the best interest of the public.
It has also been pointed out that this list exactly matches that of the controversial Obama Martial Law Executive Orders!! Let us not forget that Martial Law can be enacted during states of emergency... how many of those do we have all going on simultaneously at this moment in time? Whether they are real or manufactured at this point really doesn’t make a difference. We are in a time of utter crisis at just about every level of operation in this country.
Contained in Obama’s EO:
• The Secretary of Defense has power over all water resources
• The Secretary of Commerce has power over all material services and facilities, including construction materials
• The Secretary of Transportation has power over all forms of civilian transportation
• The Secretary of Agriculture has power over food resources and facilities, livestock plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment
• The Secretary of Health and Human Services has power over all health resources
• The Secretary of Energy has power over all forms of energy.
Yes, we have heard this all before in regard to ML being declared. Of course, many think this will likely never pan out or get enacted, and they are probably right. However, the controllers don’t do anything without forethought. They are evil and they wrote up laws like this for a reason. It is our job to evaluate all angles and plan for all timelines.
This is how we connect the dots.
In the last year, several groups have tracked military drills being carried out across the country that seem like they are ramping up for something. We also seen that there have been foreign troops cross-training with our military here on US soil for years now. This is all being done while the US military is being systematically sabotaged by our own government and replaced with a Woke Master Race. This makes us weaker than our enemies, and far easier to control when the time comes to turn the military against the very citizens they are supposed to protect.
We have seen the alleged “COVID” quarantine camps that are being erected as they prepare to take the public as their medical prisoners.
We are constantly warned about impending power outages and emergency/disaster situations all over the place! Everything from the MSM, to social media, to your damned streaming service commercials are all stressing the importance of being prepared!
Within the last year or so, the corrupt Biden government has signed their newest “infrastructure bill” that is going to give them even more power over where the money goes and how it is spent by these sick elitist fucks, with Biden stating, “This is a once-in-a-generation investment that's going to create millions of jobs modernizing infrastructure, our roads, our bridges, our broadband, all range of things”. But what we need to be asking, is how much of that has ALREADY been sold off since 1992? Who are the private parties in our country that own this infrastructure? Better yet, who are the entities overseas that own or lease infrastructure here in America? Is this part of their little 30-year plan? To sell off all of our infrastructure, collapse the economy, divide us into classes, call on Martial Law and lock down the country? Sounds like a conspiracy theory right? Perhaps they will do it in the name of another fake pandemic, like they already discussed in their latest tabletop exercise akin to the Event 201 one we have seen.
Another question we should all be asking: if D.C. is technically not a part of our country, how do they have the authority to sell off United States infrastructure? To what extent is the Federal Reserve involved? Who in D.C. is in charge of these transactions and where is the paper trail or accountability for it all? Why the hell are we paying ever-increasing taxes on infrastructure that doesn’t even belong to America any longer!? Shouldn’t the private entities that own them be the ones paying the taxes on it instead? Why do we have Martial Law orders specifically written to protect these sold-off assets if/when the time comes?
Seems like this entire infrastructure fiasco is all coming to a head, and we need to examine the major risk potential for having all of the sold-off infrastructure assets being methodically used against us... not only by the private entities here in the US, but by the foreign entities who can regulate and control us from across the globe.
